Ordered on line and picked up at the drive through, which was very busy (prime dinner time). Got my order home and found that they forgot to include the bred bowls for my two bread bowl soup orders. They need to do a better job with order accuracy, even when it’s busy.

The food was good: fresh, warm, and exactly what you expect from Panera. My sandwich and soup combo hit the spot, but everything came out SO slow. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, a nice spot to relax for a bit. The only other downside was that the staff seemed a little unhappy or tired, which made the atmosphere feel a bit off. No one was rude, but it just lacked that welcoming energy you usually get at Panera. Still, the quality of the food and how smoothly everything ran made it an overall good experience. I’d come back again- hopefully next time it feels a little brighter.

I usually enjoy this Panera and have not had any issues. Food is good and it's always clean. They even let my daughter try a soup to see if was something she would like, I appreciated that. I was not a fan of the fact that our food was sitting up at the window ready for a few minutes with no one manning the window. Many other peoples food was ready also. This made my soup barley warm and croutons soggy. I miss how they use to have the food taken to your table. As always, love their bread!!

Best place to get short bites or if you are on the go. Ordered Mediterranean sandwich, corn chowder soup, Baja and grilled cheese sandwich kids meal. Drinks- Mango yuzi and strawberry lemon mint, strawberry smoothie. Food was good and filling. Drinks were so refreshing.

I visited the store today during lunch to pick up my order, and it was incredibly busy. I just want to sincerely thank all the staff for working so hard to keep up with the rush. I truly appreciate every one of you for pushing through the long line of orders and still treating customers with patience, even while facing frustration from the wait. 11/22/2021 I haven't eaten in a Panera Bread in several years. I went to Panera because I wanted to go to a restaurant where I could sit down and dine in. I also wanted to try their Mac and Cheese. I ordered a the pick two Half Fiju Apple Salad $6.59 with Chicken and a Large Macaroni and Cheese $7.89, plus a cinnamon roll $3.39 from the kiosk inside the restaurant. A server brought my order to the table. The macaroni and cheese was pretty good. The salad was pretty tasty as well. The chicken did look weird because it was shaved. And the salad would be more appealing if the apples were fresh apple slices instead of dried. The restaurant was clean and the staff did check on me while I was eating my food.

Tasty treats and all. However, one sandwich amazing the other sandwich not so amazing. It's all here but please step up your uniformity for $15 a sandwich.

This is a great spot for dinner or lunch because we love soup, bread, cheese, and sandwiches and it's always delicious.
